Kylie Jenner
We're not sue why it took so long, but in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner finally admitted that she go breast implants when she was just 19 years old, the year before she gave birth to her daughter, Stormi.
"I had beautiful breasts, like natural t---," she said. "Just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children," she said, noting that she had her boob job within six months of having Stormi.
She also admitted to lip fillers several years prior, though it took her a while to admit to that, too. When her big sis Kim Kardashian interviewed her for Allure, Kylie got real about the lip fillers she's become so famous for.
"I got excited and felt like I needed to do a lot. And then you guys were like, 'Kylie, you need to chill.' And then I had to go back and have it fixed, and it was a crazy process," she admitted. "Thank God I didn't end up on Botched."
Bella Hadid
Bella Hadid had a nose job at an early age — just 14 years old — and in a March 2022 interview with Vogue, she admitted that she regretted making a decision about her body based on feeling like the "uglier sister" when compared to Gigi.
"I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors," she said at the time. "I think I would have grown into it."
Linda Evangelista
In a 2021 Instagram post, model Linda Evangelista revealed that she had been "brutally disfigured" by a CoolSculpting procedure gone wrong, increasing her fat cells instead of decreasing them — an issue that not even subsequent surgeries could fix. Because of the depression the botched procedure caused her, Linda became a self-proclaimed "recluse," though she did pose for Vogue's September 2022 cover with her face creatively taped back.
Heidi Montag
Heidi Montag underwent a whopping 10 cosmetic procedures at just 23 years old, but looking back, the former Hills star admitted that she wished she hadn't taken her obsession so far.
"I was way too young to make such a life-changing decision and was under so much pressure because it was the beginning of comment sections and negativity and hate on the internet," she told Cosmopolitan in 2019. "I was just really self-involved at the time — like so many young people — but I was also on TV where every perceived flaw is amplified. I think I looked in the mirror a little too much. I wish I had waited and not made a decision so young because I have long-term health complications."
Courteney Cox
Courteney Cox has often made headlines because of how much her appearance has changed since she starred as Monica on Friends, and the criticism doesn't seem to be lost on her. Ultimately, she ended up having her fillers dissolved.
"There was a time when you go, 'Oh, I'm changing. I'm looking older,'" Courteney told The Sunday Times. "And I didn't realize that, oh s---, I'm actually looking really strange with injections and doing stuff to my face that I would never do now."
Victoria Beckham
Victoria Beckham didn't admit to actually getting breast implants until she published an essay she wrote to her younger self for British Vogue in 2016 — and at the same time, she also mentioned that she regretted the procedure.
"I should probably say, don't mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you've got," she wrote (via Harper's Bazaar).
Britney Spears
In one of the Instagram diatribes that she's so famous for, Britney Spears revealed that she wasn't sure if she should get Botox injections again after what happened to her the first time.
"I think I'm getting subtle lines on my forehead, but the last time I did it my eyebrow was raised like the funny girl in the movie Just Go With It. For three weeks it wouldn't come down — it stayed up there!!!" she wrote and later deleted.
Jamie Lee Curtis
Not only did Jamie Lee Curtis regret what plastic surgery did to her, but she also regretted the addiction to opioids that she came away with after the procedures, as she told NBC.
"The current trend of fillers and procedures, and this obsession with filtering, and the things that we do to adjust our appearance on Zoom are wiping out generations of beauty," she said. "Once you mess with your face, you can't get it back."
Ashley Tisdale
In a 2020 Instagram post, Ashley Tisdale revealed that she had her breast implants removed after she began experiencing "minor health issues" that may have been related.
"Prior to the surgery, I constantly felt my body was less than, and thought this change would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself," she wrote. "And for a short period of time, it did. But little by little, I began struggling with minor health issues that just were not adding up — food sensitivities as well as gut issues that I thought could be caused by my implants."
Gwyneth Paltrow
In 2020, Gwyneth Paltrow told Refinery29 that she wished she hadn't gone through with the injections that she'd gotten in a panic when she realized she was getting older.
"When I turned 40, I had like a mid-life crisis and got anti-wrinkle injections all over my face, and it was awful," she said. "I looked horrible — one eye was actually higher than the other — and it was definitely a big mistake, though luckily a temporary one."
Ayesha Curry
Ayesha Curry, cookbook author and wife of NBA star Steph Curry, once admitted during an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she was ready to throw her old breast implants away after having gotten them removed.
"I've been waiting for the perfect moment to have like a going-away party for them because they weren't good to me, they didn't work for me," she declared on the show. "They work for some people, but they've got to go. And I don't ever want to see them again."
Tori Spelling
During a 2011 appearance on Good Morning America, Tori Spelling admitted that she wouldn't have gotten breast implants had she known ahead of time that they could prevent her from breastfeeding her children.
"I got my boobs done in my early 20s, and if I had known it would or could possibly impact production of milk, I would never had had them done," she said.
Jennifer Grey
Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey told The Mirror that her 1989 rhinoplasty left her looking unrecognizable, and subsequently ruined her career.
"I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous," she told the outlet. "It was the nose job from hell. I'll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognizes because of a nose job."
Jessica Simpson
In 2006, Jessica Simpson shared that she wished she decided against getting Restylane filler to make her lips bigger, but fortunately, it wasn't permanent.
She told Glamour: "It looked fake to me. I didn't like that. But it went away in, like, four months. My lips are back to what they were. Thank God!"
Tara Reid
After suffering from both a botched breast implant surgery and a botched liposuction procedure, Tara Reid was full of regret — though, fortunately, corrective surgery did work to fix her issue.

Jane Fonda
When Jade Fonda reflected on her facelift in an August 2022 interview with Vogue, per People, she admitted that she wasn't sure she'd do it again.
"I had a facelift and I stopped because I don't want to look distorted," she said. "I'm not proud of the fact that I had [one]. Now, I don't know if I had it to do over if I would do it. But I did it. I admit it, and then I just say, 'OK, you can get addicted. Don't keep doing it.'"
