Lindsay Lohan's 'Freaky Friday' Mom Jamie Lee Curtis Gave Her Sweet Parenting Advice
As Lindsay Lohan prepares for motherhood, she's seeking the wisdom of those who have come before her. In a new interview, Lindsay revealed that Jamie Lee Curtis gave her parenting advice — and since she played Lindsay's mom in Freaky Friday while being a mom in real life, it seems like she's pretty qualified!
Lindsay opened up about her impending motherhood.
While talking to Allure, Lindsay shared that she's relying on the working moms in her life to figure out her path forward, and that includes Jamie Lee.
"I spoke to Jamie Lee Curtis recently, and she was like, 'You just bring the baby with you and everything will be fine,'" she said.
As a successful actress and mom of two adult children, Ruby and Annie, she knows what she's talking about.
Jamie Lee is already excited about Lindsay's baby-to-be.
In fact, after the news of Lindsay's pregnancy was officially out in the world, Jamie Lee posted a photo of her former costar posing with her baby bump to share that excitement.
"My friend and film daughter @lindsaylohan is growing up! So thrilled for her. What a mama she will be," Jamie Lee wrote at the time.
They will be working together again soon.
Last month, news broke that Lindsay and Jamie Lee have paired up again for a Freaky Friday sequel. According to The Hollywood Reporter, they'll be reprising their original roles for the new movie, which is still being written. How exciting!

Lindsay is excited to find out what it's like to be a mom.
"I can't wait to see what the feeling is and what it's like to just be a mom," she told Allure. "It's overwhelming ... in a good way."
Becoming a mom is something that's so hard to understand until you do it yourself, and soon, Lindsay will be part of the club.
It's going to be so much fun to see Lindsay as a mom.
And with Freaky Friday 2 in the works, it sounds like it won't be long before we're seeing her on the big screen. She's a busy lady these days, but she seems to be happy that way.
