Social Media Users Go Off After Seeing 'Spoiled' Child's Behavior at Disney
Disney World and Disneyland market themselves as the happiest places on Earth. It’s a great tagline. And for some people that really is the case. They love meeting the characters, taking pictures in front of the castle, and eating gigantic turkey legs. But for others, not so much.
With high temperatures and long lines, small children might not grasp the magic of the theme park. In fact, it can be downright awful. One very outspoken little boy wasn’t shy about sharing his thoughts.

A woman who goes by @vanessitaa92 on TikTok posted a video of her godson looking irritated. She asks him, “Why are you mad?” The boy ignores her at first, seemingly more irritated by the question. She calls his name to get a response. Then he snaps. “Well, because you bring me here!”

Adults had a lot to say about Andrew's opinion of 'The Happiest Place on Earth.'
As if that message wasn’t clear enough, Andrew drove it home. “I hate this place,” he said. Welp, there you have it. In the caption, Vanessa wrote, “The first time I heard a kid say they hate Disneyland. 😂.” The response to Andrew’s honesty was mixed.
Some thought he was being ungrateful.
There were many who thought Andrew was being ungrateful. Disney tickets are expensive, and many families have to save up to enjoy a day at the parks. We guess some TikTokers felt Andrew should know and appreciate the economics of it all.
“I wouldn’t ever take him again on no kind of vacation for a long long time,” one user wrote. "SMH spoiled??"
Others chastised him for his attitude, saying they wouldn’t deal with it. Someone else felt the comment warranted a hefty punishment.
“Say no more child, I will go without you for the rest of my life,” the person commented.
'I know his pain,' another user wrote.
Others thought Andrew’s comments were hilarious, and some could relate.
“I know his pain!!” one user wrote.
Some said that their children shared Andrew’s sentiments.
“My son told me he would rather be at school than Disneyland,” another user wrote.
Some users suggested some places Andrew might like better, like Legoland, California Adventures, or Universal Studios.
We think it's good Andrew feels comfortable expressing himself.
Ultimately, we think anyone thinking critically could understand why a young child might not be thrilled about Disneyland the way some other children and adults are. His godmother asked him a question and it was great that he told the truth. Disneyland isn't for everyone and we should all realize that our kids don't have to enjoy the same things that we do.
Maybe Andrew and his parents can have a conversation about gratitude and the proper way to express strong emotions but he should also be able to say how he feels with the adults he trusts.
