His penthouse is located in the art deco building known as the Stella Tower, which was built in the late 1920s and stands in Hell's Kitchen. It's home to several different residential units, though we're willing to bet that the comedian's is the most impressive one.

The person who buys Trevor's penthouse won't own the building's lobby, of course, but this will be the first thing they get to see when they walk through the doors and come home each day. It's a beautiful continuation of the art deco style from the outside of the building.

Since Trevor's penthouse claims both the 17th and 18th floors of the building, the apartment has a staircase, and this one certainly makes a statement. Why have a boring, regular staircase when you can have one that appears to be floating?
