Photographer Adds Full Sets of Teeth to Newborn Photos & It's Hysterically Creepy
We used to think nothing could convince us that babies weren't 100% adorable. That is, until we recently saw Amy Haehl of Coffee Creek Studio's photos of babies with full sets of teeth, and now we're straight-up shook. We can't look away.
The photographer unleashed her hilariously altered pics on social media where they quickly went viral, and believe us, you've never seen newborn baby photos like this.

She started by combing through her collection of newborn photos and choosing some that would be 'great in this capacity.'
"I didn't do a photo shoot specifically for this," she tells us, but once inspiration struck she took photos that would lend themselves to some toothy alterations. The mom says some people think she used Photoshop to get the cheeky grins on the babies, but she actually used an application called FaceApp.

And some of them are devilishly funny.
Haehl then posted her creations onto her Coffee Creek Studios Facebook page, where they quickly amassed a huge following. Since its publication, the post has been liked more than 24,000 times and shared more than 42,000 times.
Haehl says she thinks she struck a chord because her images are so different from how we usually think babies are supposed to look.
"I think these photos were popular with people because it is so different from the normal way babies look and they're quite hilarious," she tells CafeMom.
The photographer shares that some of the photos look totally natural, whereas others look seriously silly.
"I loved having a variety of images in the album … some that were obviously awkward but then some that looked so natural you almost wouldn't notice what is off about the photo!" she explains.
But nothing could have prepared both Haehl and the parents for how popular her pictures have become.
The photographer says that neither she nor the parents of the babies "anticipated them going viral, but they have all been very understanding and I've kept communication lines open with them to keep them informed throughout this whole thing."

Haehl said she enjoyed the project so much she could have kept going beyond the photos she released.
On her Facebook post, the photographer wrote that she "could have gone back and done this to every single baby that has ever come in my studio. Can't. Stop. Laughing."
