There is no greater heartache for a parent than seeing your child in pain. Whether it is physical or emotional, all a parent ever wants is to make the pain go away. We will do whatever it takes to protect our children and to make them feel safe and loved, even if that means confronting another parent regarding their child's behavior.

Breana Marie, a wedding photographer who posts on TikTok as @breanamariephotography, shared a video that went insanely viral about her daughter's struggle with a school bully. A 10-year-old male classmate has allegedly repeatedly assaulted her 9-year-old daughter, and the school reportedly isn't helping. The heartbroken mother shared a cautionary tale about bullying and explained why she wants her daughter to know her words are important and that no means no.

Breana Marie said she was left with no choice.

According to her video, which has 2.7 million views, the mom didn't want to resort to sharing the story on social media or pressing charges, but she didn't know what else to do.

In the clip, Breana Marie says the child continually put his hands on her daughter even though she repeatedly told him to stop. Sadly, the school allegedly did nothing to help. Although she went through all the proper channels, the issue wasn't resolved.

The boy apparently comes from a family of bullies.

Breana Marie claimed the boy who is bullying her daughter has parents who are known bullies and who seem to have friends in power at school. "I'm about to face up to a lot of bullies. Not just my daughter's bully, but also his bully parents," she says in the Tiktok.

The 10-year-old allegedly punched her daughter repeatedly, and that is when her mother "snapped."

She says, "I don't understand why they're still in the same classes together. I don't understand why they still have the same interactions together."

Breana Marie pulled her daughter from school.

The angry mother explained in her TikTok that she told the school her daughter would not be attending again until she felt safe. And right now, she doesn't. Not only is the mother angry, but she also said she is sad.

"I'm sad that it's come to this. I'm sad that the school system is doing nothing for her. I'm sad that I've done everything that we're supposed to do, and then, we're here," she shares.

She turned to TikTok to hear from other parents.

Sadly, Breana Marie knows that she isn't alone and wanted advice from other parents who have been in a bullying situation. She alleged the bully doesn't respect her daughter saying no or stop and that the boy's behavior is unacceptable. The mom wants to set an example for her daughter and to let her know her words have weight.

"I want her words to mean something. I want her to feel like people respect her words when she speaks," she says in the video.

Many people praised her mama-bear attitude.

Her post has more than 12,000 comments, and they are overwhelmingly supportive of Breana Marie's advocacy.

"Please do not question if you are doing the right thing. YOU ARE! You are your daughters best advocate!" one comment reads.

Someone else agreed, writing, "You are so NOT overreacting, I'm so sorry you and your family are having to go through this!"

Others offered advice.

"Speak with a lawyer, write everything down in a book. You've spoken with the superintendent? I would totally then go to the news, but get a lawyer first," one person wrote.

"Honestly good for you and your daughter if they let them get away with it now they just keep getting away with it so yesss👍," another person commented.

And teachers supported her.

"Good for you, as a teacher I am sick of these kids and their parents having the upper hand and Nothing being done!" someone commented.

"As a teacher, I applaud you!!! I cannot tell you how tied our hands are," another person chimed in.

The proud mama beamed about her daughter.

In an update, Briana Marie explained that the daughter took charge in their meeting with the school district, and she was so proud of her.

"It was handled exactly how we needed it to be handled," she says in the new video.

They were ultimately unable to press charges against the bully because there was reportedly no witness account, but as a mom, she wanted her daughter to know how strong she was.

"I explained to her that just because they choose to not press charges, because they think there's a lack of evidence, doesn't mean what she's saying is not true and doesn't mean what she is saying is not valid. No person has the right to put their hands on them, and the justice system doesn't always go the way that you want it to," she shares.

Once again, TikTokers were proud of Breana Marie and her daughter.

"WHOOP WHOOP. #girlpower," someone wrote.

Briana Marie, you are fantastic and sending a compelling message to your daughter and all women. Yes, indeed, our words matter, and we shouldn't be afraid to speak our truth.
