When kids are young, it can be difficult for them (and their parents) to learn how to get along with siblings. Children have big feelings, and brothers and sisters know exactly how to get on their last nerve. The struggle is real when it comes to sibling rivalry.

One young boy recently grew so annoyed by his little brother that he walked over to his neighbor's house and asked if he could move in with him. Even better: The entire interaction was caught on a Ring camera. And folks are loving the adorably hilarious conversation between the fed-up youngster and his neighbor.

A New Jersey mom recently shared a video of her son asking to move in with their neighbor.

Laila Godhan Bayon recently shared an adorable interaction between her son and a neighbor.

“When your 9 years o[l]d and your life is so terrible you decide to move in with your neighbor to realize you move back in just 1 hour,” she captioned a TikTok video. The Ring camera footage, shared to the social media platform in early March, has since attracted more than 533,000 views and over 32,000 likes.

The boy's reason for asking was super relatable.

After the neighbor answered his door, he asks, "What's up? Do you want to play?"

"No, it's just my little brother has been annoying me," the boy replies. "So can I move in with you? I have all my stuff."

"You want to move in with me?" the neighbor clarifies before sharing a major stipulation.

The neighbor agreed the boy could move in, on one condition.

"You got money for rent?" the neighbor says, to which the boy shakes his head no.

"Then you know it's going to be a lot of work here, right? You have to do work. Are you all right with that?" the neighbor adds.

“Yeah. I love doing chores," the 9-year-old reassures him.

The boy immediately asked for help moving in.

After declaring his love for chores, the young boy asks, "Can you help me get my stuff?"

The neighbor explains, "No, I'm not going to help you! You have to do it yourself."

"All right," the fed-up older brother says before sprinting back to his house to collect his belongings.

TikTokers couldn't get enough of the interaction.

"Sounds like neighbor got a 'heads up' from Mom 😆," one person wrote in the comments, to which the mom replied with a winking emoji.

"😂🤣 'I love doing chores,'" another person commented, while someone else wrote, "I love doing chores... proceeds to ask for help to move in."

Yet another TikTok user declared, "Neighbor knew his role🤣."

Meanwhile, another person shared a favorite part, writing, "You gonna pay rent? 'What?😶' 💀."

Someone else summed it up perfectly: "This is one of the many reasons why good neighbors are the best thing in the world."

His mom posted an update.

Not long afterward, Laila posted a second part to the story via TikTok.

"He left with stuff, neighbor told him he has to pay rent, which he brought his change and of course it wasn't enough," she wrote alongside a photo of her son with a backpack and a Kohl's bag heading out the door.

"He didn't get his own room and dresser as he expected lol," she continued. "He came to reality and decided after an hour to come home and say to me 'well that was a bad idea, i really just wanted to teach my brother a lesson.' OK Max 🤣👌 life is rough."
