Influencer Confesses That Her Dad Is Her Gynecologist & People Are Totally Weirded Out

Sadly, it’s a responsibility that falls solely on the mother more often than not. But one Mexican influencer took the internet by surprise when she shared how involved her father is in her medical care.
Twenty-eight-year-old Isabel Salas shared via a TikTok video that her father is actually her gynecologist.

The examinations with her dad have revealed a lot of information.
Typically on her account, Salas shows herself jetting off on lavish vacations, discussing her plastic surgery, and throwing parties. But recently, she shared a video of a pelvic exam conducted by her father.
Isabel Salas, who is also a gynecology resident, shared a video of her dad performing a pelvic exam on her. She says that not only does she get an exam every couple of months, but also one of these exams uncovered that her now ex-boyfriend was cheating on her.

'What in the Sweet Home Alabama is going on here?' one user asked.
Although Salas likely thought that last little bit of news would knock her audience off of their feet, they were more shocked by the idea of her father knowing her this intimately. Some were completely against the idea.
“What in the Sweet Home Alabama is going on here?” one commenter questioned.
Others simply commented that they couldn’t let their father do this.
But there were those who didn’t take issue with the arrangement.
“Who better than my own father to take care of me,” one person wrote. “He would take better care of me than any other person.”
“How fortunate that your father is your gynecologist,” someone else commented. “You know that you are in the best hands.”
Others were encouraged by the dad’s very professional demeanor during the exam.
The dad said the women in his family feel confident in him attending them.
In another video, walking her audience through the process of her exams, Salas also shared that her father was the one who discovered an ovarian tumor and was able to treat her during this scary ordeal. She knew she was in the best hands with her father.
“I know he’ll do anything to ensure that I’m okay,” Salas said.
In response to the people who thought the whole situation was inappropriate, Salas asked her dad to chime in. He said unlike a lot of his colleagues, he attends to his family members, including his wife, aunts, cousins, and now his daughter.
He said, “I don’t feel bad or uncomfortable. And I feel if my mom, wife, or daughter come into my care, they feel the same as I do. They feel a confidence in me attending to them.”
