We Don't Know If This Anatomically Accurate Baby Shower Cake Is Hilarious or Horrifying

There is nothing quite like sharing in the excitement of your bestie's new baby. We love to make the mama-to-be feel special, and showering her with gifts and love at a party is the perfect way. And isn't there always that one friend who goes out of their way to make a celebration memorable?

A TikToker named Nienke, who posts as @nienkebeitske, was in charge of making the cake for her bestie's baby shower, and she wanted to do something the mom-to-be would never forget. She shared her creation on TikTok, where it has been watched 3.5 million times, and this is one dessert you have to see to believe.

Neinke seemed super excited about being the designated cake boss.

She shared all her ingredients and a step-by-step assembling of her cake. We see a cake in a box and a few other items, including a baby's head. We're not going to lie: that piqued our interest. And with Beyoncé playing in the background, we were hooked. As she puts the head on top of the cake and begins to assemble the other parts, we realized what she was up to, and it is pretty darn wild.

This cake is an anatomical wonder.

The more work Neinke put into it, the more graphic the cake became. She paired the doll with some jelly, sprinkles, and other ingredients so that it appeared to be crowning from a mother's birth canal. It is a shocking design. But Neinke mugged for the camera as proud as can be as she walked into the baby shower.

Talk to moms about mom stuff. And make money doing it.

The mom-to-be couldn't believe it.

This cake was clearly a shock, but in the best way. The guest of honor had tears in her eyes, but not from sadness — she couldn't stop laughing. Other guests and Nienke smiled as they admired her creation. As the video caption says, "It's all in the details."

But guess what? Not everyone was laughing.

Of course, lots of people were offended by the cake.

The cake didn't disappoint, but neither did the comments. There were plenty of people up in arms about the daring dessert.

There would have been tears at other baby showers.

Someone wrote, "I would cry🥲 this would ruin it for me😞."

Many agreed.

"I'm def too uptight cuz I'd cry tears of sadness lol," another person wrote.

And another person wrote, "I would've been so mad I'd cry and leave tbh 😭."

But guess what? More people loved it than hated it.

There are plenty of people with a similar sense of humor to Nienke's and the pregnant mom's.

Lots of people laughed at the video.

"You had one job and you did it amazingly ladies," another comment reads.

People didn't get why it was such a big deal.

"Why are you guys over reacting sm it was funny 😭," someone asked.

And this person had a valid question: "Please tell me there was a back up cake this is funny but like 😭."

Nienke reassured her it was all in good fun and that they had plenty of dessert to eat. "Someone made cute cupcakes," she replied.
