There is a big debate among parents about how much exposure kids should have to the online world. Some parents are so serious about this that they never post photos of their children anywhere online or even mention their names. Other people proudly post pictures of their kids online from the moment they are born. It is certainly a personal choice for every family, and we aren't here to judge.

But we are here to inform. Social media influencer Misha, known as @dontcrossagayman, recently shared a scary story with his millions of followers that parents need to hear, and it may make you think twice about what you post online.

Misha was minding his own business.

He explained in a wildly viral video that he was at the pet store waiting in line when he noticed a man in front of him scrolling Instagram on his phone. It wasn't the scrolling that was the problem for Misha — it was his content choice.

"Every single post was a little girl. Like small, little baby children. And he stops on some mommy blogger's post and zooms in to certain parts of that photo," he says in the clip.

His behavior alarmed Misha.

Misha is not shy and often confronts people when he feels the need, and this man was no exception. He asks the man what he was doing, and he claims the man fumbled with his phone and put it away, then says, "Nothing."

Misha tells the man it looked like he was being a "pedophile." What happened next was shocking.

The man was apparently offended.

Misha says the man in line clapped back and allegedly says, "We don't actually like that term. It's a minor-attracted person."

This positively disturbed Misha, who says he yelled at the cashier for security. The man seemed nervous and left the store.

He ays he understands that parents are proud of their kids and it feels good to get likes and comments. "But when you have these grown men looking like they're on team Jacob like and saving those photos, is it worth it?" he asks in the TikTok.

People were shocked by what the man said.

Misha shared the video on multiple platforms, including TikTok, where it has 3.7 million views thus far, and commenters couldn't believe this man was trying to justify his behavior.

It was the man saying he didn't like being called a pedophile that sent people over the edge.

"My jaw DROPPED. 'WE DONT ACTUALLY LIKE THAT TERM'????? AH ?????" someone exclaimed in the comments.

"The way he ACTUALLY admitted it 💀 like????" another person wrote.

So many people agreed.

"He didn't denied it but "corrected" the term he likes to be used?" one person asked.

People were stunned that anyone would say such a thing.

“So ... they’re just out there admitting it ....freely ... in public ...” another person wrote.

People hoped parents would get the message.

Adults need to see this kind of stuff, but this person doubts it will matter.

"All the mom influencers who will see this and not gaf because that's the way they make money," one person commented.

Others noted that this is why their socials are private.

"literally why I'm not posting my children on social media. I have an app to share pictures with the family once I have my babies and they'll know," a comment reads.

This person agreed, writing, "This is why I stopped sharing my kids photos and videos publicly and stopped accepting just anyone on FB."

There also was a lot of gratitude.

"THANK YOU ! ❤️For calling him out and doing something about it andddd calling out all the parents that post their kids everywhere on social media it needs to stop," someone else chimed in.
